Rob Michaud
Manager Partner
Rob has been involved in all aspects of residential construction and land development for over 30 years. He is driven by the many future opportunities in the ever-evolving housing industry and is always determined to offer value in all of Michaud Development’s projects.

He serves as the President of the HBRA, Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. He was the 2022 President’s Award recipient for his contributions to the organization.
​
Rob holds a B.S. in Construction Science from Roger Williams University and is committed to continuing his professional education and certifications.
Marc Michaud
Manager Partner
Working in perfect tandem with his brother for more than a quarter of a century, Marc plays an instrumental role in shaping the trajectory of Michaud Development.

Managing daily project operations, Marc’s expertise extends beyond mere management. His deep understanding of the dynamic codes and compliances that govern the building industry is an invaluable asset to the company.
​
Marc contributes to the State of Connecticut Codes and Standards Committee for the HBRA of CT and is an active participant in the HBRA of CT Developers Forum.
​
A SUNY alumnus with a Bachelor of Technology degree, Marc holds designations as both a Certified Graduate Builder and a Certified Green Professional. His commitment to mastering the intricacies of this rapidly changing industry is a testament to his passion for construction and sustainable living.
